The easternmost B-School of India, Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University which was established in 2003 have been pioneering management education in this part of the country since then. As part of its exercise to build a relationship with the industry, it has been organizing an intellectual convergence called SANMILAN since 2004 which is now in its 17th edition. It is a premier feature of the Dibrugarh University annual calendar. The convergence has been able to showcase the organizing abilities of the students of the Centre and foster a relationship between the academia and the business world. It tries to bring people from the industry and academics together to benefit the student community through addresses by experts, panel discussions and other events. This year, the theme is Changing Dynamics of Labour Market: Towards Viksit Bharat 2047. It is scheduled during 15 – 16 February, 2025.
